Oracle User Productivity Kit Standard has been used by Magyar Telekom to train more than 3,000 customer service staff on its new generation customer care and billing platform, a CRM system that is unique in size and complexity in Europe’s telecommunications industry. The company cut content creation time by 50% and trained users 3x faster, which ensured customer service teams were competent in the new applications prior to go-live. Magyar Telekom is using Oracle User Productivity Kit Standard to standardize training for all lines of business and will roll it out to non-core telecommunications services.
